I wanted to get back to basics. I needed to isolate myself in the studio and get in the zone. This is quintessential Owl City. I worked hard to marry the original ‘old school'—if you could call it that—melodic influence from 2007 with the tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years as far as production goes.
